RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality soups. As our products are consumable food items, returns are accepted only under the conditions below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a replacement or refund if:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product was damaged or leaked upon arrival.
  • The product is expired or defective.

2. Return Process

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery via minutesoups@gmail.com with clear photos and order details.
  • Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used products.
  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
  • Orders placed by mistake or due to change of mind.

4. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
